It is a variety of training, in which one coach falls on one person practicing. Individual training develops both as soon as the player’s technique and physical fitness. The exercises are tailored to the individual’s training needs and abilities, which he describes its purpose and, together with the coach seeks to achieve it. One of the players depends on the training was focused exclusively on the technical correctness strokes, movement on the court, etc. The other, however, depends primarily on the development of their capacity, improve overall fitness and shape of selected parts of the body.
Hours of training and frequency are free – subject to the availability of tennis courts and selected coach. The training must arrange directly with the coach, to which the bearing will appear shortly in the “team”.
