It is a variety of training where one coach trains one person. Individual training develops both technique and physical fitness very quickly. The exercises are adjusted to the individual needs and abilities of the player who describes own purposes and together with the coach try to achieve them. Some players focuse exclusively on the technical correctness of strokes and movement on the court some however, on to the development of their capacity, improvement of overall fitness and shape of selected parts of the body.
Time and frequency of training are unspecified – subjected to the availability of courts and coach. The training must be arranged directly with the coach. Telephone numbers of trainers can be found on the “team” lap.
